Why Should I Join?

There are many reasons to join SND. For starters, it puts you in touch with more than 2,500 designers worldwide, giving you incomparable networking opportunities.

SND members also enjoy benefits such as a copy of the annual Best of Newspaper Design, which highlights all the top newspapers and page designs each year. In addition, you receive a periodical newsletter, a quarterly magazine and a member directory. You’ll also get reduced rates to SND workshops and conferences.

As a member of the MSU chapter, you enjoy other certain benefits as well. We have a weekly job update with nationwide listings available only to SNDMSU members. We also notify members of design internships available both in Michigan and across the country. In addition, members get free admission to SNDMSU workshops and events. Sound good? Sure it does! And we have a lot of fun, too.

Download the membership form, complete it and drop off with payment to the SND mailbox in room 305 Comm. Arts, or deliver to:

You’ll need to write two checks: one in the amount of $50 made out to SND, and a second one for $5 made out to Cheryl Pell. The $5 pays your membership to the MSU chapter.
